- How does automatic distance calculation work?
- We use OpenStreetMap to fetch real routes between origin and destination. You can edit the distance manually if needed.
- Are the receipts IRS-compliant?
- Yes — receipts contain all the required fields: date, origin, destination, distance, rate, total and employee identification.
- How does Clara export work?
- We generate a CSV in the format Clara expects, ready to upload directly to the expense dashboard.
- Can I define company-wide mileage policies?
- Yes — admins can register rates, limits and specific rules that apply to all team receipts.
- Does Quilometragem store my data?
- Only if you choose to create an account. The anonymous generator runs entirely in the browser.
- Which languages and currencies are supported?
- English, Spanish and Portuguese with 20+ currencies including USD, BRL, MXN and EUR.
