An accredited network is the set of fuel stations that accept a specific provider fleet card. The station contracts with the card provider for system integration.

Can I refuel outside the accredited network?

Normally no, when the fleet card is configured with active network restriction (recommended). This restriction is what guarantees per-plate control and automatic NF-e.

Does a larger network mean better coverage?

Not necessarily. What matters is station density on your fleet specific routes. A 20,000-station network concentrated in Sao Paulo may cover less of your routes than 8,000 well-distributed stations on your highways.

How to verify if a station is in the accredited network?

Request the station map or list from the card provider by ZIP code, municipality, or highway. Before contracting, ask for a list of stations in your top 10 most frequent cities or highway segments.

Does the accredited network guarantee automatic NF-e?

It guarantees the station is integrated in the provider system. Providers typically require accredited stations to issue NF-e per transaction. Verify this in the provider contract.
