RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) is Mexico's unified tax ID for individuals and entities — the combined equivalent of Brazil's CPF and CNPJ. Every CFDI must carry the issuer and receiver RFCs. In corporate mileage reimbursement, the employee's RFC appears on the internal voucher tied to the fuel CFDI.
