Mexican Annual Return

Mexican individual annual income tax return, equivalent to US Form 1040.

The Declaración Anual is Mexico's individual annual income tax return, due by April 30. RESICO filers declare automatically through the SAT portal; Actividad Empresarial filers report revenue, deductions (including vehicle expenses and fuel CFDIs), and compute ISR owed. Deductible mileage must be tied to a CFDI.
