A mileage cap defined per working day rather than per trip or month.
A daily mileage limit is the most common form of mileage cap, set per working day. Useful for field roles — sales, maintenance, home nursing — where typical routes are predictable. Common ceilings: 300 km/day for outside sales, 200 km/day for home nursing, 500 km/day for couriers. Anything above needs manager justification.
