The boletim de itinerário documents a business trip in the worker's own vehicle. Required fields for AT acceptance: worker's name, NIF (taxpayer ID), plate, trip date, origin, destination, business purpose, kilometres and signature (or SHA-256 integrity hash for digital slips). Quilometragem issues digital slips that satisfy AT requirements. Retention: 10 years.
